As the Head of Finance, you’ll report to the CEO and take ownership of the finance and accounts function. You’ll be part of the senior leadership team and work cross-functionally with branches, sales, and the wider team.
Leading a capable accounts team, you’ll bring a hands-on, invested leadership style. You’ll coach, develop, and support your team to achieve great results while maintaining a culture of accountability and care.
What you will do...
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly + annual financial reporting
- Oversee and support a team of five (AP, AR, Payroll)
- Partner across the business to support process improvements
- Provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making
- CA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative, down-to-earth style and passion for people development
