Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across procurement, logistics, and purchasing.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient and effective end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Implement best practice procurement strategies and frameworks to drive value and mitigate risk.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement objectives with broader business goals.
- Oversee supplier performance, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven background in procurement leadership, ideally with exposure to supply chain or logistics management.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery and long-term planning.
- Commercially astute with a focus on delivering measurable results.
