We were the first agency in Aotearoa New Zealand to have undertaken the Pride Pledge and completed the Rainbow awareness training.

Making sure sure that our team, clients, and candidates feel seen, heard, and supported is a huge part of this effort. The first step is understanding what that support looks like, so we reached out to the experts like at Pride Pledge to help us get to where we need to be.

 
For many of us, work is where we spend most of our day-to-day lives and it’s not right for so many of our friends and colleagues to feel like they can’t be true to themselves that whole time. We’re standing up and taking account of our actions and our words to ensure we’re truly the allies we want to be.
