This role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with the CFO, offering exposure to leadership and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting across entities and bank accounts.
- Manage cashflow, treasury, banking processes, and ensure strong financial controls.
- Prepare external and regulatory reports and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, internal teams, and external stakeholders to improve systems and processes.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- CA qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
- Accounting & Finance experience of 5 Years or more.
- Strong accounting and finance experience, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Experience in MYOB or Dynamics AX an advantage; financial services experience is a plus but not essential.
