This is a hands-on role where you will manage the accounting and reporting for multiple Body Corporate entities, working closely with Account Managers and liaising with Body Corporate committees. You will be trusted with responsibility and valued for your accuracy, communication, and client-focused approach.

- Prepare financial statements and reports for Body Corporate entities
- Assist with annual budgets, levies, and reconciliations
- Process expenses and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Unit Titles Act
- Provide financial support to Account Managers and respond to client queries
- Assist with AGM and committee meeting preparation
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required
- Experience in accounting or financial administration
- Body Corporate / property experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of NZ accounting practices and strong attention to detail
- Confident using accounting systems (Xero, MYOB) and Excel
- Clear communicator who can explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Professional, organised, and comfortable working in a small team
