Key responsibilities:
- Run stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Map current state and future state processes
- Write user stories and support delivery planning
- Work closely with IT teams, vendors and business users
- Help prioritise requirements and identify risks, impacts and dependencies
- Ensure the CRM solution supports practical business outcomes
- Senior BA experience across CRM, digital or systems implementation projects
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping capability
- Confident engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working with vendors or internal technology teams
- Comfortable in Agile and/or waterfall delivery environments
- Public sector or government-adjacent experience would be advantageous
- Available immediately or within a short notice period
