We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong UX and digital skills to support upcoming transformation projects. This role will suit a BA who can bridge the gap between traditional business analysis and user-focused design, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated into intuitive customer-facing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements with a focus on digital and user-centric outcomes.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve user experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and change stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support testing and validation to ensure digital solutions meet agreed business and UX objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital/UX-driven projects.
- Exposure to UI/UX design practices, customer journey mapping, or front-end development environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business, design, and technical teams.
- Solid documentation and requirements gathering capability, ideally within Agile environments.
- Previous experience in digital transformation programmes (public sector or large enterprise experience beneficial).
