This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly influential Chief Financial Officer role within a fast-growing, multi-site education business.
Working closely with the CEO and Board, you’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape strategy, drive acquisitions and support the next phase of growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a large, high-performing finance team (5 direct, 10 indirect)
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic and commercial initiatives
- Play a hands-on role in acquisitions, negotiations and integration
- Manage relationships with banks, insurers and external stakeholders
- Provide strong financial governance across a complex, multi-site environment.
What we’re looking for:
- CA qualified with proven CFO experience
- Background in property or multi-site businesses
- Experience in a Private Equity-backed environment
- Confident people leader with strong executive presence
- Commercial, hands-on and comfortable operating at pace.
