They are seeking an experienced Change Specialist to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation programme as our client transitions to SAP S/4HANA. This is a contract starting in October 2025 through June 2026, with potential for extension.
You will work closely with the CIO and senior leadership team to design, plan and deliver change strategies that ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA. This is not a role for someone who sits back – you’ll need to be hands-on, decisive, and clear in your approach, ensuring stakeholders at all levels are engaged and supported through change.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the CIO and senior leadership team to design, plan and deliver change strategies that ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with SAP S/4Hana implementations.
- Proven experience delivering change on large, complex ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, with the confidence to work alongside executive leadership.
- A decisive, clear, and pragmatic approach, able to simplify complex issues and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
