This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, automation, and platform optimisation. You'll play a key role in maintaining a secure, modern workplace while driving continuous improvement across cloud platforms.
About the role You'll be responsible for:
- Engineering and optimising Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
- Managing Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint environments
- Designing PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency
- Leading Level 3 technical support, root cause analysis and platform improvements
- Implementing Conditional Access, endpoint compliance and security best practices
- Delivering platform upgrades, patching and change initiatives
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners to enhance the environment
- 5+ years' experience in cloud or platform engineering
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience
- Expertise across Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and endpoint management
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience supporting secure, cloud-first environments
- A proactive approach with excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
