Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Operations Manager to optimise operational processes and support commercial decision-making
- Lead the budgeting process and ensure accuracy across forecasts and financial performance
- Build strong relationships with international partners in Australia, Germany and Singapore
- Drive continuous improvement across operational and commercial workflows
- Manage and develop a team of four, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Ensure deadlines are met within a fast-moving, complex environment
- Proactive, solutions-driven and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organisation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse international stakeholders
- Experience managing and mentoring a small team
