The Role
As Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial and contractual functions across a diverse programme of civil works. You'll lead financial performance tracking, contract negotiations, claims and variations, while working closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure risk is mitigated and margins are protected.
Key Requirements
- 7-10+ years in commercial or civil construction roles.
- Deep experience across contract negotiation, risk, cost control and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of NZ standards, procurement and subcontractor engagement.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.
