Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare management and statutory reports, provide insightful commentary, and assist with consolidated reporting.
  • Operational Finance: Manage month-end close, transactions, budgets, cost accounting, and cash flow for local and European subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance & Audit: Prepare annual financial statements, manage the audit process for the subsidiary, and ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Process Improvement & Controls: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting systems, and maintain strong financial controls.
  • Business Advisory: Collaborate with divisional leaders and the Finance team to provide actionable financial insights that improve performance and efficiency.
What you bring:
  • CA or equivalent qualification with 3+ years relevant finance/accounting experience.
  • Proven experience managing month-end processes, statutory reporting, and audits.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and cost accounting.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with international teams and ERP systems is highly advantageous. 
  • Collaborate with the UK team as needed across time zones.
