- Business Advisory: Collaborate with divisional leaders and the Finance team to provide actionable financial insights that improve performance and efficiency.
- CA or equivalent qualification with 3+ years relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Proven experience managing month-end processes, statutory reporting, and audits.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and cost accounting.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international teams and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
