• Proven New Zealand vertical build experience (essential).
• Strong understanding of council and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and reports into practical outcomes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BIM/Procore experience a bonus.
