Our client play's a key role in Auckland's infrastructure development. They are seeking a Computer Vision Technical Support Specialist to strengthen their platform operations team and support the delivery of AI-driven solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day platform operations and ensure performance monitoring is in place.
- Gather requirements and maintain a clear, prioritised technical backlog.
- Contribute to system architecture and support DevOps/data engineering practices.
- Facilitate communication between developers, the Computer Vision Manager, Product Owner, and Project Managers.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear language, enabling effective decision-making.
- Support delivery teams in aligning technical work with organisational goals.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in software engineering and solution design within large-scale organisations.
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision and AI technologies.
- Skilled in Agile delivery with practical knowledge of DevOps, GitOps, and MLOps practices.
- Proficient in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to balance technical priorities with business objectives.
