You will be leading a small customer services team, focusing on proactive customer service making mainly outbound calls, as well as some incoming. You will be able to lead with ease and work with your team to provide clear, professional, and friendly communication to a large and diverse customer base.
To be successful in this position, you will:
- have proven experience leading a customer services team
- be equipped with tools to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, especially when escalated to you
- have exceptional communication skills, and confidently be able to guide and coach others
