The Company

Our client, a Tier 1 civil maintenance contractor, delivers major projects and long-term maintenance contracts across Aotearoa. They are now seeking a Contract Manager to lead a performance-based contract in Auckland with a focus on maintenance delivery, client engagement and commercial optimisation.

The Role

You’ll manage performance across the full contract lifecycle, from delivery oversight to commercial risk, safety, programming and client reporting. You'll lead field and office-based teams, coordinate internal functions, and ensure targets are met while maintaining strong relationships with council and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 7-10+ years in civil or infrastructure delivery, ideally on maintenance contracts.
• Experience managing KPIs, client outcomes and commercial performance.
• Proven leadership across field teams, planners and support crews.
• Knowledge of local systems and standards (NZ3910).
