Our client is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst to take ownership of our Dynamics platform and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

As the go-to subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of Dynamics 365 CRM and its supporting tools. Your work will directly support membership, fundraising, and wider business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering Dynamics 365 CRM and ClickDimensions.
  • Managing data integrity, reporting, and database maintenance.
  • Handling user requests and issues with efficiency.
  • Designing requirements, test plans, and delivering user training.
  • Driving process analysis, planning, and improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation.
  • Working closely with external vendors and partners to deliver enhancements and integrations. 
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proficiency with ClickDimensions (is a bonus) 
  • Working knowledge of MS-SQL, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with SQL Reporting Services / Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to train and support users.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with the confidence to influence and build strong relationships.
