Our client is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst to take ownership of our Dynamics platform and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
As the go-to subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of Dynamics 365 CRM and its supporting tools. Your work will directly support membership, fundraising, and wider business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering Dynamics 365 CRM and ClickDimensions.
- Managing data integrity, reporting, and database maintenance.
- Handling user requests and issues with efficiency.
- Designing requirements, test plans, and delivering user training.
- Driving process analysis, planning, and improvements.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation.
- Working closely with external vendors and partners to deliver enhancements and integrations.
- 3+ years’ experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency with ClickDimensions (is a bonus)
- Working knowledge of MS-SQL, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with SQL Reporting Services / Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to train and support users.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with the confidence to influence and build strong relationships.
