The role:
This is a newly created role to reduce the workload of the existing Business Support Specialist. The emphasis will be on user support, process improvement, and handling Dynamics-related queries.
You'll also have the opportunity to implement new features and modules within D365 particularly as the company is undergoing significant changes and upgrades, such as the recent launch of a fully automated production line with robotic backing.
You'll work alongside this existing Specialist, along with the external Dynamics team and some contractors.
You'll ensure that users can effectively navigate the system and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, printing labels, warehouse operations, and stock management.
You'll also manage and develop Power BI reports for stakeholders.
This role will be based fully on-site in their office, with flexibility to WFH when need be, for appointments or if your child is unwell.
You can work your general 8 hours anytime between their 6am-6pm work hours.
About you:
- Strong D365 FinOps experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A "go-getter" mindset to improve processes and implement new features/modules.
- Power BI experience.
- Experience with Azure data technologies and data infrastructure is a bonus.
