You don’t need to be a senior Salesforce specialist, but you’ll need to bring a strong technical mindset, good problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in working with Salesforce long term.
About the role
You’ll work as part of a collaborative technology team supporting Salesforce enhancements, configuration, development and ongoing platform improvements.
The role will involve working across a mix of Salesforce development, automation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation and stakeholder support. You’ll have the opportunity to build your skills further while contributing to meaningful platform work across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support Salesforce development, configuration and platform enhancements
- Assist with building and maintaining Flows, automation and custom functionality
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
- Help troubleshoot issues and improve existing processes
- Work with business users and technical team members to understand requirements
- Assist with testing, deployment and release activities
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to good platform practices
- Continue developing your capability across Salesforce tools, development and best practice
You may already be working as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator with technical exposure, CRM Developer, Junior Developer, or Software Developer who has had exposure to Salesforce.
You’ll be someone who enjoys learning, asking questions, solving problems and working in a team environment. You don’t need to know everything already, but you’ll need to be comfortable getting hands-on and building your Salesforce capability.
We’re looking for experience with some of the following:
- Exposure to Salesforce development, configuration or administration
- Experience with Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, reports or dashboards
- Some understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs or integrations would be beneficial
- Broader development experience across JavaScript, Java, C#, .NET, SQL or similar would also be considered
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
- A genuine interest in growing your career within Salesforce
Why apply?
This is a great opportunity to join an organisation investing in its Salesforce platform and grow your Salesforce development career in a supportive team environment.
You’ll get exposure to real platform work, ongoing enhancements, integrations and business-facing projects, while continuing to build your technical skills.
If you’re a junior or intermediate developer with Salesforce exposure and you’re keen to grow further in this space, we’d love to hear from you.
