Based in Petone, this is a varied, hands-on digital and marketing coordination role where you will play a key part in bringing this brand to life across digital channels, events and customer engagement. Working closely with the National Marketing Manager, Sales team, and external partners, you will create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, support events and ensure our marketing activities are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and optimising paid and organic social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Creating engaging social media content, copy and short-form video that strengthens the brand.
  • Planning and maintaining the social media content calendar while fostering online community engagement.
  • Supporting website updates through CMS and WordPress.
  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of events, seminars, trade shows, and product launches across New Zealand.
  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams and collaborating across the wider business to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Some morning/evening events and travel may involved (approx. a few days, four times a year)

  • You will be a proactive, creative, and organised marketing professional who enjoys working across a broad range of activities.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for engaging digital content.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
  • A proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional marketing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, Canva, Mailchimp, and strong computing skills in general
