- Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team, developing skills across paid campaigns, CRM, e-commerce, and digital engagement.
- Take ownership of the Company’s digital strategy, shaping multi-channel marketing initiatives while also being hands-on.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that make a tangible community impact.
- Oversee all paid digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement channels, including CRM.
- Act as the digital marketing expert, advising stakeholders and guiding use of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Support digital initiatives, including website improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve results efficiently.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience in digital marketing teams.
- Broad digital marketing expertise across paid media, CRM, email, e-commerce, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience in digital initiatives.
