- Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team, developing skills across paid campaigns, CRM, e-commerce, and digital engagement.
- Take ownership of the Company’s digital strategy at a strategic level, shaping multi-channel marketing roadmaps, business cases, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guide, advise, and influence decisions, delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that make a tangible community impact.
- Lead sophisticated marketing automation programmes as a core part of the role.
- Oversee all paid digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement channels, including CRM.
- Act as the digital marketing expert, advising stakeholders and guiding strategic use of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Drive digital initiatives, including website improvements, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
- Manage and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve results efficiently.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience in digital marketing teams.
- Broad digital marketing expertise across paid media, CRM, email, e-commerce, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable initiatives.
