A 12 month fixed term contract opportunity with NZ owned and operated finance organisation based in Auckland's CBD. A long history spanning more than 50 years, this business is a trusted supplier of finance solutions to a range of Kiwi companies.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of this teams financial operations, predominantly handling payouts. You will also be carrying out bank reconciliations, providing AP support, liaising with internal teams and responding to ad hoc queries.
Working with some high volumes at times, you will have no problem being focused and have extremely high attention to detail.
In terms of background, experience and skillset, you will:
- be Intermediate level with Excel, including Lookups
- have experience working in a payables function
- be comfortable with high volumes, and have high attention to detail
- have confidence and excellent communication skills
