We’re partnering with a forward-thinking, impact-driven organisation to recruit a 15-month maternity contract.  We are searching for an experienced Finance Business Partner who can step into a strategic finance role.  If you thrive on adding value beyond the numbers and influencing performance at a senior level, this role offers the perfect platform.

You’ll work closely with internal leaders and external partners to provide timely, insightful financial analysis and guidance. Your expertise will directly shape investment decisions, enhance reporting frameworks, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation and its partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver clear, data-driven financial insights to support investment and operational decisions
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Enhance financial reporting tools and drive improvements in business intelligence
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for efficiency
• Partner with external finance teams to support capability and compliance
• Support scenario modelling and strategic analysis for evolving needs

• CA (or equivalent) qualified or nearing completion
• Strong business partnering and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis and insight
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with commercial awareness
