The Role
As a key member of the finance team, you will partner closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, providing analysis, reporting, forecasting, and commercial support to help drive business performance.
You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, support business cases and investment decisions, analyse profitability, and provide meaningful insights that help leaders make informed decisions. You will also lead and develop a team of four while contributing to ongoing process improvements and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver accurate reporting and meaningful commercial insights.
- Support business cases, financial modelling, and investment decisions.
- Analyse profitability and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
- Support pricing reviews, growth initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies.
- CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated capability leading teams.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
