The Role
Reporting to an experienced Group Finance Manager, this role sits within a supportive and high-performing finance team and has broad exposure across the group. You will take ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting while partnering with stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insights that support sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial accounts
- Contributing to consolidated group reporting, including commentary and insights
- Statutory accounts preparation and audit coordination
- Tax compliance and review of NZ IRD returns
- Balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting
- Budgeting, forecasting and capex support
- Cashflow assistance, funding notices and loan repayments
- Supporting and improving financial controls, processes and reporting
- Providing financial advice and coaching to non-finance stakeholders
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years’ relevant experience
- Background in a CA firm and/or audit strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of NZ accounting standards and tax
- Commercially minded with a curious, improvement-focused mindset
- Confident communicator who can translate financials
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, NomosOne, or Power BI highly regarded
