We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our COO leadership team and take the lead in delivering strong financial governance, strategic insights, and operational excellence across the business.

In this senior role, you’ll oversee all core finance functions - including compliance, capital governance, financial reporting, and transformation initiatives. You'll shape the finance operating model, drive automation and ERP optimisation, and deliver insights that support decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations, including statutory reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive finance transformation through digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and process automation.
• Partner with business leaders on financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management.
• Oversee cash flow, balance sheet management, and capital modelling.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to the Board, ARMC, and Executive team.
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness across all financial processes.

• CA-qualified accountant with significant experience in a senior finance role.
• Proven ability to lead financial strategy in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with finance systems, reporting tools, and digital transformation.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement.
