Reporting to the GM and managing a team of three, you will be responsible for:
- Full month-end processes, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and cashflow
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Producing insightful monthly and quarterly reports for the board
- Ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements
- Driving process improvements and leveraging systems to increase efficiency
- Ideally experienced in the manufacturing sector, with a solid understanding of job costing and operational finance
- Strong hands-on finance experience but also confident working with senior management and the board
- Highly systems-focused, with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Experienced in leading and developing a small finance team
