The Role
Reporting to a Board, the General Manager will set and deliver organisational strategy, drive culture through care of their team, and ensure long-term sustainability. Leading a dispersed team remotely across New Zealand, you will provide both vision and hands-on guidance to ensure performance, growth, and an exceptional client experience.

We are seeking an experienced senior leader who brings:
- Demonstrated success in a Senior Leadership role or equivalent level.

- Experience in purpose-driven, service-based, or community-facing sectors.
