The role
In heading up Group Planning & Performance, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the Executive Team. You’ll help shape strategic priorities, drive performance outcomes, and deliver the insights needed to stay ahead of the game.
From leading group-wide planning, budgeting and forecasting to providing sharp commercial advice, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the business is focused, informed and ready to respond to opportunities and challenges. You’ll also lead and develop a talented team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with senior leaders and the Executive to support key decision-making.
  • Lead the Group’s planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement and ensure consistency of processes across the Group.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis across the business.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, providing practical solutions and advice.
  • Foster a strong team culture, supporting growth and development.
About you
Essential is a degree, CA (or similar) qualification and 10+ years’ experience in finance, commercial or strategic leadership roles, along with: 
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to influence at Executive level.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading complex projects and delivering high-quality insights.
  • A collaborative, people-focused leadership style with a positive, can-do attitude.
