This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, payroll, treasury, compliance, systems improvement, and business partnering. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in maintaining accurate financial operations while helping drive smarter, more efficient finance processes.
You’ll take ownership of core finance activities across the group, including:
- Month-end reporting, reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Managing AP and supporting AR processes
- Payroll coordination across New Zealand and Australia
- GST, PAYE, PAYG and other compliance filings
- Cashflow monitoring, treasury activities
- Supporting budgeting and year-end reporting processes
- Maintaining fixed asset registers
- Working closely with stakeholders across both offices on finance matters.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in a broad accounting or finance role
- Strong reconciliation and month-end reporting skills
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and having pro-active personality!
