Who we are looking for: Professional Background
- Project Delivery Focus: Proven track record in project management within built environment sectors, not site management. You should be experienced in managing the paperwork and processes around construction, not managing physical builds.
- Health (e.g., hospital upgrades, medical centres)
- Infrastructure (e.g., schools, council buildings)
- Live environments (projects delivered while assets are operational)
- Weathertightness (repairs and remediation)
- Renewals and refurbishments
- Residential apartments and land development
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, stakeholder management, and consultant coordination
- Familiarity with NZ contract law, particularly NZS3910
- Exposure to Engineer to the Contract / Contract Administrator functions (even if supporting)
- Ability to lead and run design meetings, governance meetings, and cost reviews
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, extensions of time, and H&S documentation
- High computer literacy and documentation accuracy
