This Project Management Consultancy is known for its collaborative, supportive team where people enjoy what they do and who they work with. It’s a place where work-life balance is respected , and team culture isn’t just lip service, it’s central to how the business operates.

Who we are looking for: Professional Background

  • Live environments (projects delivered while assets are operational)
  • Weathertightness (repairs and remediation)

  • Residential apartments and land development
Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, stakeholder management, and consultant coordination
  • Familiarity with NZ contract law, particularly NZS3910
  • Exposure to Engineer to the Contract / Contract Administrator functions (even if supporting)
  • Ability to lead and run design meetings, governance meetings, and cost reviews
  • Understanding of compliance, risk management, extensions of time, and H&S documentation
  • High computer literacy and documentation accuracy
Types of Projects you would be involved in:
  • Fit-out
  • Education
  • Weathertightness/remediation work
  • Mixed or advanced project experience (e.g., live environments with NZS3910)
Soft Skills and Culture Fit required:
  • Professional, proactive, and driven, with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communicator who builds good rapport across internal and external teams
  • Values collaboration, culture, and sustainable project delivery
  • Comfortable managing clients, consultants, and contractor relationships
  • Open to ongoing learning and development (team-oriented mindset)
This role offers the rare mix of meaningful projects, genuine team culture, and real ownership. If you’re ready to step up and want to work somewhere that values people as much as delivery, it’s well worth a conversation.
