As Office Manager for this medium-sized enterprise, you will play a key role in keeping this organisation running smoothly. Call yourself ‘the glue’ if you like – this is a hands on, varied role responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the organisation, Executives, and wider team.
You will oversee office and facilities operations, internal events, staff onboarding, finance admin support, and providing trusted support across leadership, culture and health and safety functions. This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys being the ‘go-to person’ who makes things happen.
You will be working for an innovative organisation in the digital infrastructure industry, who are supported by world-class infrastructure investors. An open plan space, they have a friendly, collaborative vibe in the office, and looking after their team is high on their priority list.
To be successful in this position, you will:
- Bring at least 5 years experience from a similar role including general office administration support, facilities and event management, and Board support
- Have strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to ‘read the room’
- Be confident working with Board members and senior leadership
- Adopt a self-starting mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity
