You will play a key role in supporting sales and business development activities, with a focus on sales lead generation, tracking, and reporting. Your work will directly contribute to business growth and help bring innovative ideas to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales lead generation and passing qualified leads to the BDM
- Producing weekly sales lead reports
- Entering, tracking, and managing data within the database
- Inbox and diary management
- Developing and improving systems to track sales information and leads
- Introducing and managing bi-weekly email communications
- Preparing relevant documentation
- General business and administrative support
- Previous experience in property, finance administration and/or sales support is highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with databases, reporting, and systems
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proactive, innovative, and enjoys improving processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
