While each contractor will be primarily aligned to a specific region, flexibility is essential, as there may be opportunities to support work across other regions or multiple regions as required.
These roles will operate as generalist commercial practitioners, working across a wide variety of procurement and contracting activities. You will be an extension of the regional commercial team, supporting opportunities that are already identified and require timely, capable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end procurement and commercial support across a range of categories
- Support tactical procurement opportunities as they arise across regional inboxes
- Ensure compliance with All-of-Government (AoG) procurement rules and frameworks
- Leverage national-level commercial arrangements and tools where appropriate
- Build strong working relationships with regional stakeholders and commercial colleagues
- Proven experience as a government procurement or commercial specialist
- Strong understanding of AoG rules, policies, and public-sector procurement processes
- Able to work as a generalist across diverse procurement needs
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong relationship management skills and a collaborative approach
- Able to “hit the ground running” with minimal onboarding
