We are urgently seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join a high-profile HRIS & Payroll programme and provide clarity, focus, and momentum across a large delivery effort with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
This is a critical role driving the successful delivery of HRIS & Payroll solutions across our clients business.
What you’ll do
- Prioritise work to maximise business and customer outcomes.
- Define and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain a transparent backlog (Epics, Features, Stories).
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment and integration of their work.
- Balance competing stakeholder needs while focusing on value delivery.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly as requirements evolve.
- Partner closely with Delivery Leads/Project Managers while championing the Product Owner role.
- Experienced Product Owner or Product Manager with proven success in large-scale programmes.
- Strong experience in HRIS/Payroll systems – ideally Workday or Datapay.
- Contractor-ready, able to step in and deliver from day one.
- Skilled in galvanising stakeholders, driving direction, and creating clarity under pressure.
- Confident in roadmap development, backlog prioritisation, and agile delivery practices.
- Immediate start – step into a critical programme.
- 6-month contract with potential to extend.
- Work on a large-scale HRIS & Payroll transformation with high business impact.
