We’re looking for two proactive and detail-driven Project Administrators
to support a nationwide Windows 11 hardware refresh
initiative for a large enterprise organisation. With 3,500 laptops being replaced before Windows 10 end-of-life in 2025, this is a hands-on, high-impact project where you’ll play a key role in logistics, coordination, and rollout support.
This isn’t a traditional admin role – we need people comfortable in fast-paced tech environments, with solid organisational skills and a bit of desktop/hardware understanding.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating logistics and scheduling for laptop rollouts across Auckland and regional offices
- Managing inventory, tracking serial numbers, and keeping asset registers up to date
- Supporting rollout days onsite – assisting staff with setup, device allocation, and basic troubleshooting
- Handling the shared project inbox – responding to FAQs, managing updates, and keeping communications flowing
- Liaising with vendors and internal teams to arrange deliveries, collections, and recycling
- Maintaining accurate documentation across orders, returns, and rollout progress
- Proven experience in project administration, logistics coordination, or infrastructure rollouts
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills – able to juggle moving parts and deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and working with asset numbers and tracking tools
- Basic understanding of laptop setup and troubleshooting
- A clear, professional communicator who’s responsive and reliable
