Join a Design and Build contractor delivering technically challenging build projects across New Zealand. Based in Wellington or Auckland (with flexibility for frequent travel), this role is suited to an Intermediate or Senior QS ready to step up and lead cost management, commercial control, and client engagement across diverse projects.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ New Zealand construction experience in a QS role
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field (NZI Registered QS desirable)
• Strong cost management skills: estimating, budgeting, contract admin, and claims
• Knowledge of NZ construction contracts and regulations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and subcontractor agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Available and enthusiastic about regular travel.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
