This organisation is a highly regarded tech leader across Australasia, and a newly created role in New Zealand - a Sales Operations Coordinator. This is a pivotal role designed to provide professional, proactive, and efficient administrative support to the sales team. The role will enable the business to deliver superior customer service and help achieve its revenue targets.  You will be part of a fun, modern workplace that values creativity, transparency, and excellence in service delivery.

Your day will primarily involve, but not limited to:
  • Preparing lease quotes and assisting with customer credit applications
  • Manage AML compliance processes and preparing lease contract documentation
  • Oversee PPSR registrations, amendments, and discharges
  • Facilitate the lease transaction settlement process and manage customer file records
  • Assist with the liaison around lease pay-out quotations and managing vendor invoices
  • Assist with customer sales proposals and reporting processes
In addition to administration support experience, preferably within Finance, Banking or Legal sectors, you will be familiar with leasing documentation, as well as:
  • have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • be strong in Excel, preferably with V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
  • have strong attention to detail and time management
  • work in a way that you are always 'one step ahead'
  • have a calm, solution-oriented demeanour, even under pressure
