Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Salesforce Solution Architect who has an interest in applying AI within the architecture space and is excited to evolve with emerging technologies, new delivery approaches, and innovative ways of solving business challenges.
This is a genuine architecture role with a strong hands-on focus. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, developing proof of concepts, defining architectural roadmaps, and providing technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The environment is collaborative, fast paced and focused on delivering practical outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple Salesforce Clouds, influence technical direction, and contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, where they add real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
- Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Industry Clouds.
- Develop proof of concepts, solution roadmaps and architecture standards.
- Work closely with architects, developers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout delivery.
- Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Promote secure, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Previous Experience:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience as a Developer, Consultant, Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
- Strong experience designing enterprise solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security, data modelling and enterprise architecture.
- Experience presenting solution designs and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications are highly regarded.
- Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Industry Clouds is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
