Our Client and the Role: 

Our client, a large and iconic, domestic and international manufacturer  is seeking a contract Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in complex ERP / manufacturing systems implementation. This role supports a major Fullstack implementation, including overseeing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) rollout across multiple sites and legacy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead current-to-future state process mapping across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams. 
• Support system integration, data mapping, documentation, and legacy system decommissioning strategy.
• Drive change management in a resistant and highly tenured environment; support end users through transformation.
• Assist in testing, implementation, and operational handover

• Demonstrated delivery of complex ERP/MES projects
• Strong background in business process mapping, integration context design, system inventory and end-to-end implementations.
• Deep understanding of legacy systems and interdependencies; strong data mapping and integration skills.
• Resilient, pragmatic, able to operate effectively in a challenging environment
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and "on the ground" in manufacturing sites.
• Experience in Retail/manufacturing industry showcasing end-to-end implementation is beneficial
