We’re working with a well-established organisation in the financial services sector that is currently going through a significant period of business change and transformation.
They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives across a complex operating environment.
This is a hands-on BA role where you will be involved in process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and supporting operational readiness across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and map business processes, including process flows, swimlane diagrams and supporting artefacts.
- Engage with business users to capture, clarify and break down requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to support delivery.
- Support digital transformation and operational readiness activities.
- Contribute to analysis across a range of workstreams and business units.
- Navigate ambiguity and sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.
- Produce clear documentation and practical BA artefacts to support decision making and delivery.
- Strong Business Analyst experience within financial services.
- Confident with process mapping, requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience producing swimlane diagrams, process maps and related artefacts.
- Ability to work across complex business environments and manage competing priorities.
- SQL or data querying experience would be advantageous.
- Experience across investment services, operational readiness, wealth platforms or post-merger integration would be beneficial.
