We're partnering with a large New Zealand organisation undergoing a significant business transformation and are looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join a high-profile programme focused on operational readiness and organisational change.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex transformation initiative where you'll play a key role in defining and documenting critical business processes across multiple enterprise functions.

The Role Working within a fast-paced transformation programme, you'll be responsible for mapping current and future-state business processes, supporting Day 1 operational readiness, and ensuring business processes are aligned with enabling technology platforms.

You'll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, structured process documentation that supports a successful organisational transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead current and future-state process mapping across enterprise functions.
  • Define end-to-end operational processes to support Day 1 readiness.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Translate business requirements into functional process documentation.
  • Work closely with technology teams to understand system dependencies and integration points.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality process documentation, including BPMN, swimlane diagrams, and process narratives.
  • Support transition planning and operational readiness activities.
About You You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working on complex transformation initiatives and thrives in environments where priorities evolve quickly.

You'll bring:
  • Proven Business Analyst experience within technology-enabled environments.
  • Strong business process mapping and process modelling capability.
  • Experience delivering on large transformation, reform, or organisational change programmes.
  • Ability to define end-to-end operational processes and support business readiness.
  • Exposure to one or more of HR, Finance, ERP, or Service Management domains.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and confidently manage ambiguity.
