This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and support of Azure cloud services, while helping to uplift internal capability and maintain a secure, reliable cloud environment.
Working as part of a collaborative infrastructure team, you'll provide technical expertise across Azure, identity management and cloud operations, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently while driving continuous improvement across the platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and administer Azure subscriptions and cloud services.
- Support and resolve BAU requests through the ServiceNow ticket queue.
- Manage Azure Identity and Access Management, including Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Monitor platform health and provide recommendations for optimisation and continual improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and support production environments.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to operational best practices.
- Train and mentor internal team members to build Azure capability.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Strong commercial experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience with Entra ID, Azure AD, Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access and PIM.
- Experience working within ITIL environments and managing BAU support activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
