What you'll be doing...
- Developing and refining driver-based cost models
- Supporting Opex, Totex, NPV and whole-of-life cost analysis
- Identifying cost drivers, efficiencies and opportunities for savings
- Scenario modelling and analysis to support investment decisions
- Tracking whether initiatives are delivering the expected value
- Turning operational information into meaningful financial insights
- Working across finance, operations, engineering and senior leadership
- Improving modelling tools, processes and consistency
We're looking for someone with a naturally inquisitive and analytical mind - you like getting under the hood, challenging assumptions and understanding the story behind the numbers.
You'll also need to be a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels. Experience within infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or another asset-intensive environment would be advantageous, as would exposure to Totex, Power BI or regulatory environments.
