We’re seeking a commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about using financial insight to influence strategy and drive performance. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with management to align financial planning with business objectives, turning numbers into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders and operational teams across the organisation
• Deliver insightful analysis and financial modelling to support informed decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Promote financial literacy and support continuous improvement across business functions
• Manage and mentoring a team of two.

• CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in a finance business partnering role
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility across a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• If you have had some experience or exposure to the sporting, not-for-profit, or funding environment - this will be to your advantage but not essential.
