This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll influence architecture, shape user experience, and work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering peers to deliver high-quality, observable, and scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building modern front-end applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalability
- Taking ownership of front-end architecture decisions in collaboration with Product and UX
- Developing high-quality interfaces using React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML, and CSS
- Integrating seamlessly with backend services and APIs within a BFF-style architecture
- Championing best practice around testing, CI/CD, security, and code quality
- Shipping value frequently through small, well-considered releases
- Mentoring and supporting other engineers, leading by example
- Contributing to documentation, runbooks, and shared engineering standards
- 5+ years’ experience building production-grade web applications
- Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind)
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing frameworks
- Comfortable working in cloud-based environments (AWS or similar)
- Ability to break down complex problems into deliverable, well-scoped work
