Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team, with employee relations forming a key focus of the role.
The Role
This is a hands-on Senior HR Advisor position supporting leaders across a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will provide expert ER guidance, coach managers through complex people matters, and support best-practice HR processes across the business.
The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships, and operating as a trusted advisor within a commercially focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support complex ER and performance matters
- Coach leaders through investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with operational leaders to build capability and drive outcomes
- Support consistent and compliant people practices across the business
- Proven HR generalist experience with a strong ER background
- Sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation
- Experience managing investigations and complex employee matters
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience within logistics, transport, manufacturing, or operational environments advantageous
