Work for one of NZ's leading and most well-known brands, who is seeking a smart HR professional to work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to further develop, implement and influence HR strategy and processes that support their business goals.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will report to the Head of People and Culture, who works very collaboratively. As well as managing and supporting day-to-day operational P&C needs, you will also be:
- developing and implementing divisional people plans, leveraging insights from engagement surveys
- leading standard P&C processes such as remuneration cycles, performance reviews and people planning
- drive engagement survey action planning and foster a culture of continuous improvement
As a seasoned HR professional, you will thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will love all of the moving parts! So, in order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- led and implemented large-scale change initiatives using your strategic mindset
- significant employment relations expertise, with strong knowledge of employment law and dispute resolution
- a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive business-aligned people strategies
- experience using some sort of engagement survey software
- comfort leading and coaching teams to enhance leadership capability
