An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and capable Payroll professional to join the team, taking ownership of BAU processing, reporting, and analytics within the payroll function.
Working as part of a team of two, both reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will bring hands-on experience with PayGlobal and a strong understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation. Your expertise will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery, while also supporting insightful reporting and analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience processing high-volume, end-to-end payroll in New Zealand
- Strong working knowledge of PayGlobal
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with payroll dashboards and data
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
